I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which Essence of Being by Lauren Pilat was established, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. I acknowledge their elders past and present, and their emerging generations. I do so in acknowledgement of each of our individual heritage and lineage, and to honour our connections as human beings part of humankind.
