Meaning
Kinesiology ultimately means the study of movement.
What is it?
A gentle hands-on, non-invasive holistic modality that combines ancient eastern energetic healing modalities with western healing sciences.
I use muscle monitoring to communicate with your innate intelligence, or subconscious, to identify stressors, or blockages, in your body that are causing imbalances on a physical, emotional, mental, nutritional and/or spiritual level.
This bio-feedback tells me what and where the cause of the imbalance is and what balance is most appropriate to help you live a more stress-free, easeful life in balance and harmony.

Reiki
Meaning
Rei (ray) is universal life energy, spiritual consciousness, all-knowing. Ki (kee) is breath, life force, vital radiant energy.
What is it?
A hands-on or hands-off energy healing technique originating in Japan with a focus on the seven main Chakras, or energy centres/wheels.
It can be done in-person or via online distant healing.
In person, I place my hands on or around specific areas on your body in a particular sequence and allow Reiki energy to flow through me to your body.
It’s an opportunity for deep relaxation and for you to connect to your higher self, while alleviating stress and tension.
Who can benefit?
Any being can experience Reiki. Humans of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. As well as animals and plants.

Come as you are and consciously connect with community in a specialised relaxed workshop style event combining Kinesiology, Neuro Training, Reiki and Yoga practices and techniques.
Each workshop is themed and draws on each modality to offer a holistic approach to specific areas on a mental, physical, spiritual and emotional level. Workshop theme examples include the Lymphatic System, Brain Functions, Meridian Movement, and Energy Clearing.
The intention is for you to walk away from each workshop with more self awareness, understanding, practical support techniques and conscious connections. Private workshops can be tailor-made.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means union. The literal meaning is ‘to yoke’. The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root word ‘yuj’, which means to join, to integrate, or to harness
What is it?
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It incorporates physical movement with mindfulness practices and breathing techniques to help support and align your mind, body and soul.
It is far more than the physical asana, it is an ancient science.
The practice aims to create union between body, mind and spirit, as well as between the individual self and universal consciousness. Such a union tends to neutralise ego-driven thoughts and behaviours, creating a sense of spiritual awakening.
